1. What do these plans include?
» Capture and store documents securely online – Use email forwards, mobile camera snapshots, e-fax, scan & upload, etc.
» DocSnaps Assisted Data Entry – Saves you tedious data entry
» Credit Card and Bank Statement Import (coming soon)
» Reports – Expense, Income Statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Tag report

2. How does the pricing work?
The above prices are in USD (taxes not included). Depending upon the plan that is chosen you will be billed a fixed amount monthly and a fixed number of document-transactions will be created every month.
 

3. What is a document-transaction?
Document-transaction consists of any one of the following:
a. indexing a single document,
b. creating a single transaction, or
c. indexing a document and creating a transaction for it.
Eg. Entering 10 transactions for a single page visa statement counts as 10. Unused document-transaction expire at the end of each month
 

4. Scanning is a problem. Can I get my documents scanned?
We work with service providers, virtual assistants, and local bookkeepers who can provide fast, secure and economical scanning services. While a $500 Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner can be a great office productivity tool, we can recommend services that are affordable and include bulk scanning of documents, drop-off/pick-up locations for your documents or mail-ins.
 

5. We already use accounting software. Do you export transactions to Quickbooks, Simply Accounting, Caseware or Excel?
DocSnaps can be used as a plugin with most popular software. Get your data entry and bookkeeping done online and export your data seamlessly to your existing accounting software.
 

6. What is DocSnaps Assisted Data Entry?
Our proprietary software enables us to extract data from every document that is uploaded, index the document, create bookkeeping transactions using historical data. This is highly accurate bookkeeping automation which improves with usage.
 

7. We need additional services other than just data entry from documents, for example bank reconciliation, some help with our bookkeeping.
DocSnaps makes collaboration easy with service providers. We maintain a global list of online bookkeepers, accountants, virtual assistants and tax consultants and are happy to recommend great resources you can choose from.
 

8. Can I customize DocSnaps and use it for my own company and customers?
Absolutely. DocSnaps is built for easy customization and white labeling. We integrate with several other products, both online and desktop. Please contact us with any questions you have.
